  • Level Designer
    • Developing a small graybox level layout using the Hammer Editor
    • Creating a visually appealing level using the L4D2 assets provided in the Hammer Editor

 

  • Game Designer
    • Setting up a functioning game mode (scavenge) using the hammer editor
      • Survivor spawn points
      • Gas canisters
      • Zombie spawn points
      • AI Navigation mesh
      • Weapon spawns
      • Score system
      • Timer system
    • Ensuring locations of spawns for survivors, zombies and mechanics were balanced through extended play testing
